About me

For about 20 years I have helped northern European people to find their dream home in the most beautiful places in the world. Whether you want to buy, sell, rent or let your vacation property – I'm the right partner for you.

My Story

I have been a licensed real estate agent since 1991, begining with luxury properties in Germany. This means 20 years of experience and competence in the real estate industry.

Holidaying in Spain I soon discovered a new business-field that attracted my interest: Vacation homes overseas. From then on I helped some hundred or so lucky people to fulfill their great dream of living under the southern sun by the sea.

In 1999 I moved to Jávea permanently, a beautiful place on the Costa Blanca in Spain, where I was successfully managing my own real estate agency "Immobiliencenter Jávea, S.L.". In 2006 I returned to Germany for personal reasons. Apart from my work in the local market of my hometown Schwerte, I extended my business, focusing on international real estate in Florida, the Caribbean, and many other beautiful locations.

Through a specialised education in the United States to "Certified International Property Specialist" (CIPS) I have acquired the skills to sell the most exclusive properties in international markets.

At irregular intervals throughout the year I organise investors trips to various interesting locations. Please ask for the next dates.
