| Dirk Westerheide, businessman and business management graduate, started his professional career following his
education in the area of financial services in Germany. Quickly he recognized that property was, and remains, the best investment. So he has concentrated since the mid-80s on real estate as
a strong investment form.
After deepening his knowledge through the study of different property markets at home and abroad, he fused quality of life, extensive experience and expertise in order to establish a professional
and friendly property sales office in Jávea, which rapidly became one of the most successful property enterprises of the area. Friendly relationships have been formed and maintained
with both new and old customers. Numerous clients have made good financial benefit from his counsel (references can be provided on request) and lots of his customers could easily profit further.
Often clients purchase properties for investment purposes, and profit from regular rental income and also enjoy appreciated value. Frequently clients spend more and more time in their second
home, which often becomes their primary residence.

has set his goal to help people invest in real estate with an outcome that positively changes their lives and brings about their life dreams.
Fostering close relationships with his clients was always a priority for Dirk. At the beginning of 2006, whilst maintaining his involvement in the Costa Blanca real estate business, he saw the need to go global. “Clients used to ask me to look in other interesting destinations for good
investment and vacation properties. This has gradually become my main business.”
Having made local connections in places such as Mallorca, Florida and Dubai, Dirk can provide property services around the entire world. His clients usually shop in the $
1 Million and higher bracket and depend on him to do the legwork. “It is much easier to get information about properties today, but you can still make terrible mistakes”, says
Dirk, who previews properties for his clients first. “It may look good on the map, but when you get there and find it next to an electrical plant…”
Once his clients have decided where they want to be, they look for Dirk to ensure that the location is a good one. A personal rapport with his clients is essential for his success. When it
comes to finalising the sale, having someone with local knowledge to ensure the transaction goes smoothly is a must.
He is now also concentrating on his coaching career. “I’m doing this because its more than just money, the big payoff for me is time. I can leverage my time a lot more with our
real estate company and be able to teach other people to do what I did, not only to develop passive income but more importantly to develop residual income that comes in monthly. Once they
have this financial freedom, all they will have to decide is what to do with all the time they will have and whether it’s to spend it with a loved one, to develop a new business, to
help people who are less fortunate, travel, etc. The fun comes in when they’re making these decisions.”
